The CTO will manage the strategic direction and delivery of all technology components - including development teams, continuous delivery frameworks, platforms and services, development architecture, third party platforms and services, and enterprise systems to successfully deliver all business requirements and outcomes.

The CTO will work with product owners and the operations team, as well as liaise with third party partners and technology vendors to deliver the most effective technology solutions that drive the best consumer experiences.

This is a hands on role and requires someone who can jump into the detail, but importantly has the ability to step back and ask the big questions.

The ability to self assess and understand others well is required. We want you to build a successful team.

As a DevOps Engineer, you'll be working with a team of 10 software engineers to build the architecture required to run the Safety Culture platform.Your goal will be the deployment, management and configuration of all servers and services on AWS. Developing strong CI and CD pipelines is also of highest priority.The key to this role is an 'infrastructure as code' approach to managing distributed architecture.

The Basics:
